Friday Reflection.

Just thinking about how far we've come in the past year.

Our once-tiny baby has grown into a toddler, and we've changed our lifestyle to accommodate all things kid-related. And now - after four years - we've put our house on the market. And while this move is going to be rough, I know it's for the best. I can deny it no more ... our starter home is bursting at the seams. We've had to be "creative" with our storage, our little boy doesn't have much of a yard to play in, and well, we don't exactly live close to our friends and family. And to top it all off, I'm running my Etsy business out of our dining room.

It's time. This new chapter is going to be epic.

  1. It's always hard to move on. We bought our dream home (although it needed loads doing to it) only to have sell it as I lost my job due to illnes and couldn't hang on to it any longer. Very sad for us but what Woop! for you guys. Your little boy will love having a bigger yard to play in and possibly a bigger bedroom too - all good! Sue x

  2. Thanks Sue! I'm sorry to hear you lost your home - but it seems like there are always great new things ahead in life - even when tragedy comes along. This next chapter is scary, but I know although it seems overwhelming right now, things will be better once we find our next big project in life :)
